Hi! I’m Vanessa Rae. I have been planning celebrations for the past decade - from intimate gatherings to big celebrations I feel that every event deserves a personal touch. Growing up in a Filipinx-American household, my love for all things party started young. Almost every weekend was spent with family and friends just celebrating life and with delicious food spreads, amazing company, karaoke and dancing it was impossible not to enjoy yourself.

As a young adult I kept the tradition going, but took it up a level. Whether it was a birthday party or Pi Day, I found any excuse to get my friends together for a themed party. Then came the homemade decorations, themed food and drink cups, and even photo back drops with props - there wasn’t anything I wouldn’t do to ensure my friends had an unforgettable time. This led me to work for a couple of planning companies before starting my own in 2015. Life then took me into a career change of property management in 2018, but my love for celebrating never left so I kept my creativity flowing through birthdays and baby showers. Now in 2025 I am back and more creative than ever! With endless resources available now, I am able to plan your next celebration wherever your imagination takes us. Based in Seattle, WA, but I love to travel and am more than happy to bring your vision to life no matter where you are!
