We can’t believe the big day is almost here! We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by our favorite people in beautiful Montana. Whether you’re flying or driving to join us, you can find information for your travels here.

  • We will be declaring our vows and celebrating the evening away at The Overlook.

    414 Blacktail Rd, Lakeside, MT 59922

  • For those flying in, the closest airport is Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell. From there, Lakeside is about a 30–45 minute drive.

  • Rental cars are available at the airport and nearby in Kalispell, with options including Avis, Budget, Enterprise, and Thrifty for your convenience.

  • There are plenty of cozy places to stay nearby. Please use the links below to explore local Airbnbs and hotels in Lakeside and Kalispell.

  • October is a beautiful time to explore Northwest Montana! Enjoy crisp fall weather, changing leaves, and fewer crowds.

    • Flathead Lake – Take in the views, enjoy a picnic, or visit West Shore State Park.

    • Bigfork – Explore charming shops, galleries, restaurants, and the Swan River Nature Trail.

    • Glacier National Park – Visit Lake McDonald, Apgar Village, and nearby trails. Road access may vary depending on weather.

    • Kalispell & Whitefish – Great for shopping, restaurants, coffee, and exploring downtown.

    • Scenic Drives – Drive along Flathead Lake or head north toward Glacier for incredible fall views.

    • Hiking & Fishing – Explore Flathead Valley trails or enjoy fall fishing on Flathead Lake, with local charters available in October.

    • Get Spooky in Lakeside – Flathead Lake Alpine Coaster hosts Haunting of Lakeside on select evenings with a haunted trail and coaster ride.

    • Tamarack Brewing Company – A Lakeside favorite for burgers, tacos, pub fare, and locally brewed beer.

    • Glacier Perks Coffee House – A cozy stop for coffee, breakfast, sandwiches, and a famous huckleberry milkshake.

    • Mother Chorizo’s Cantina – Casual Mexican-inspired fare with tacos, burritos, and plenty of flavor.

    • Flathead Lake Brewing Co. – Head to Bigfork for craft beer, Montana-inspired pub food, and beautiful lake views.

    • The Sitting Duck – A relaxed lakeside spot in Woods Bay for burgers, cocktails, and Flathead Lake views.

    • Spinnaker Bar & Grill – A casual Lakeside staple serving pizza, burgers, steaks, and late-night bites.

  • While we can’t predict the exact forecast just yet, you can expect crisp fall weather. Temperatures typically range from the mid-30s to the 60s. We’ll keep you updated as the date gets closer so you can plan accordingly.

What should I wear?

While we want everyone to feel comfortable, we kindly ask that you join us in all-black formal cocktail or black-tie attire to help bring our wedding vision to life.

Are My Kids Invited?

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome to celebrate with us. That said, if you’d prefer to turn the weekend into a romantic little getaway without your minis, we fully support that too.

As we shared in our invitations, your presence on our wedding day is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. If you’d still like to contribute to our future adventures together, we’ve created an Adventure Fund.

The night before

One night together just doesn’t feel like enough, so we’re kicking off the weekend a little early!

If you’re in town Friday evening, join us at the venue lodging at 6:00 PM for a casual Filipino dinner, good company, and a little pre-wedding fun. Drinks are BYOB, and dressing up is always encouraged.

The day Vanessa’s been waiting a decade for ;) We can’t believe it’s almost here!

We’re so excited to spend an evening filled with love, laughter, great food, good music, and all of our favorite people in one place. Come ready to celebrate, hit the dance floor, and make some unforgettable memories.

And yes—the bar will be open! Please remember to bring cash to tip your bartender.

The   day after

One day together just doesn’t seem like enough! If you’re staying an extra day or two, we’d love for you to join us Sunday at Glacier National Park.

We’ll be driving along the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road, doing some light hiking, and soaking up the incredible views and crisp Montana fall weather.

Please come dressed for cooler temperatures and comfortable walking.
