For those flying in, the closest airport is Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell. From there, Lakeside is about a 30–45 minute drive.

October is a beautiful time to explore Northwest Montana! Enjoy crisp fall weather, changing leaves, and fewer crowds.
Flathead Lake – Take in the views, enjoy a picnic, or visit West Shore State Park.
Bigfork – Explore charming shops, galleries, restaurants, and the Swan River Nature Trail.
Glacier National Park – Visit Lake McDonald, Apgar Village, and nearby trails. Road access may vary depending on weather.
Kalispell & Whitefish – Great for shopping, restaurants, coffee, and exploring downtown.
Scenic Drives – Drive along Flathead Lake or head north toward Glacier for incredible fall views.
Hiking & Fishing – Explore Flathead Valley trails or enjoy fall fishing on Flathead Lake, with local charters available in October.
Get Spooky in Lakeside – Flathead Lake Alpine Coaster hosts Haunting of Lakeside on select evenings with a haunted trail and coaster ride.

While we can’t predict the exact forecast just yet, you can expect crisp fall weather. Temperatures typically range from the mid-30s to the 60s. We’ll keep you updated as the date gets closer so you can plan accordingly.
What should I wear?While we want everyone to feel comfortable, we kindly ask that you join us in all-black formal cocktail or black-tie attire to help bring our wedding vision to life.

Are My Kids Invited?Yes! Children of all ages are welcome to celebrate with us. That said, if you’d prefer to turn the weekend into a romantic little getaway without your minis, we fully support that too.

The night beforeWe know how much it means that you’re taking time out of your busy lives to travel and celebrate with us, and we truly appreciate it! The day afterOne day together just doesn’t seem like enough! If you’re staying an extra day or two, we’d love for you to join us Sunday at Glacier National Park.
We’ll be driving along the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road, doing some light hiking, and soaking up the incredible views and crisp Montana fall weather.
Please come dressed for cooler temperatures and comfortable walking.
